Accounts and audits may be exchanged between FMAudit Central and Viewer via FMAudit's proprietary .FMA file format.  From the Accounts bread crumb menu select the Export or Import link and save or browse to the location of an .FMA file.  Each .FMA file may contain one or more accounts and audits.  By default the Account Settings is retained in every file.

The Account Name is used as a primary field when merging data imported from an .FMA file.

If you have the installed version of FMAudit Viewer, double click on the .FMA files to automatically launch FMAudit Viewer and load in the transferred account and audit information.  USB Key users may launch the FMAudit Viewer application and select Import from the initial start page.
