FMAudit Central may retrieve audit information via XML from FMAudit Onsite.  This gives you the advantage of receiving your customers audit information on a set schedule for metered billing.  FMAudit Central deciphers the retrieved results and determines when new devices were added to the network with their applicable starting meters, and when devices were permanently removed from the network with their applicable ending meters.  The Account Name is used as a primary field when merging duplicate account information.  If the Account doesn't exist in Central, a new one will be created.  By default the Account Settings are retained in the XML data transfer.

Exporting a single Account from Central to an .FMA file may then be imported into a new installation of Onsite, thereby transferring the account information and account settings.
